36 week appointment
Today was our 36 week appointment. Overall, the visit was good. I was up another pound--woohoo! The doctor was okay with my blood sugar numbers, even though I did have a few that were high--it helped that I knew why they were high (i.e. out to eat, etc). My stomach was measuring at 34 weeks, so still two weeks behind. Baby's heart beat was 136 I believe. She looked good on the ultrasound. Many of her measurements were in the 35 week range so she is measuring a little smaller, but there weren't any concerns expressed. One of the most exciting discoveries during the ultrasound--she has hair!! I don't know how the ultrasound tech can see this, but I will take her word. :-) Baby is head down, which is good news. I am definitely feeling a bit more pressure now. Here are some pics from today:

It kind of looks like she has bangs. I hope for pretty red hair!!!!
